I still use white noise with my two-year-old for naps and nighttime sleep.  At what age should I stop?

Hi there-

There really is no age where you should or must stop using white noise with your child. In fact, there are many nights where I listen to white noise to help myself back to sleep. If you are ready to say goodbye, then just give it a try whenever you are ready, and you can begin to use it less and less as you gently take the noise away. Ultimately it is up to you. It is yet
another sleep association, and you need to decide for yourself whether it is a positive or negative one for you and your baby.

Let us know how it goes!
