That's the only thing I can think of that's causing this!  My husband and I both started getting up earlier BUT we are very quiet in our room (other side of the house from our son) and unfortunately, DS has suddenly been waking up early too!  This is defeating the whole purpose of us getting up early.

This morning, I heard a loud car at the neighbor's house and wondered if that could be it, b/c DS slept a little later this weekend.  Could it be someone leaving for work waking him up?  We have a white noise machine AND a humidifier going in DS's room. 

If this is it, is it possible that he might get used to it and stop waking so early (5:15 – 5:30!!)??

He is sleeping much better now!  We moved his bedtime a little later and he started sleeping longer-whew!  I think it was just a fluke, though.  As we gradually got his bedtime back to normal, he didn't start waking early again, thank goodness!
