Molars, developmental milestones and not enough sleep. Ouch! That is a lot to handle all at once!
You can try and wait out the teething and the walking/running milestones. Things may improve in a couple weeks if you are lucky. Just try not to introduce new sleep associations that will be hard to break later.
Your daughter really sounds as if she needs more sleep. Have you read the free nap guide? Here is a link to download it.

There are many other ways to work on getting your daughter to nap more during the day. You do not just have to let her cry it out. For example, you can begin with using your usual nap routine, and staying with her as you ssshhh, pat, or do whatever you can to help her to sleep. Once she is accustomed to this 2nd nap, you can begin to do less and less to help her fall asleep.
I also want to suggest that you consider purchasing our ebook, Mastering
Naps and Schedules. It has a lot more in depth information and plenty of sample schedules. It is available for purchase at http://babynapswell.com.
If you buy the ebook, you also have the option to purchase the book
along with 1 email consultation where Nicole will give you a specific plan that you can commit to and feel good about.
I wish you the best of luck,
Debbye
