My almost-one-year-old son has suddenly (in the past week or two) started waking around 5:30am – sometimes as early as 5:00am. Before this he was sleeping till 6/6:30. He is dealing with a cold; could this be the problem?

He naps at 10am and 3pm for an hour or so, though with this early waking I've bumped the times a half-hour earlier. He goes to bed about 7:00.

Help, please?!?!?! I'm also two months pregnant with our second and EXHAUSTED…
