Can't get my 12 month old to sleep past 5:30 am

I have a 1-year old that I can't get to sleep later than 5:30…. Prior sleep pattern used to be a 45 minute am nap and a 45 minute afternoon nap… bed around 8 or 9 and sleep until 4:30… 4 oz bottle and back to sleep until 6:45 or 7 (sometimes 7:30 if lucky).

Then, with no changes from me, she started taking longer naps during the day.. 1 to 1-1/2 hours in am and about 1 hour in pm… bed around 8 or 9. Only now she'll sleep until 5:30 or 5:45 am and then she is up.. I'll give her a bottle and put her back down but she just plays for about 15 minutes and then starts crying to get up and she's up!

Wake up at 6:30 is fine if I could get her to sleep that long… she's been walking since 8 1/2 months however she did just start learning to crawl about 2 weeks ago (backwards I know) :).

Any help to get her to sleep in a little longer?

Most babies do have a tendency to wake early, and she may be on the low end
of hours of sleep needs too. It could be her new found crawling that is disturbing her sleep, there is so much to do when you're one! So you can try and wait it out for a couple of weeks, or continue to try to soothe her back to sleep until she "gets" that it's not time to get up, or try to shift her schedule forward a little.
