I'm wondering if my 11 month old daughter is getting enough sleep at night.  She goes to bed by 8 (we start the bedtime routine around 7:15/7:30 & she is asleep by 8) and typically wakes up between 5:30 & 6am.   She doesn't eat during night — We make an effort to try to soothe her in the crib without picking her up or feeding her. She does occasionally wake up crying (sitting/standing up in the crib), but we just lay her back down, rub her back a bit and she goes back to sleep easily.

She is taking 2 naps — one in the morning starting between 9 & 10 am usually about an hour, and then a longer one in the afternoon starting between 2 &3 pm for usually an hour & a half to 2 hours. 

Suggestions on the scheduule?   I'm thinking her bedtime might be a bit too late, but I'm afraid to move it earlier for fear of having her wake up even earlier.
