HELP! Baby not sleeping since going back to work

Here is my story.  DD was a great sleeper and has been since coming home from the hospital.  By 2 months she was sleeping from around 8pm-6am with an occasional wake up around 4 or 5 in the morning. I put her to bed by nursing her, swaddling her and then putting her down. Sometimes she is asleep and sometimes she wakes a bit and goes right back to sleep.  She is exclusively breastfed except for when I am at work and she gets breast milk from the bottle.  She will be four months old next week and is 16 weeks today.  I went back to work 3 weeks ago and for the first 10 nights or so she was waking up at 4 am to nurse. I thought this was turning into a habit so I thought I would try and break the habit by giving her the pacifier at that time. This completely backfired and now she is waking up at 1 am, and then again every few hours to have the paci put back in her mouth. I don't know what to do!  PLEASE HELP!  I want my good sleeper back.  (Luckily I am a teacher and will be off for the summer in 4 1/2 weeks but I want to fix this now)
